My name is Dr. LaQuoia and I'm a Diversity Keynote Speaker and Consultant on a mission to help leaders create safe and inclusive environments where they and their teams can grow and thrive together.

Leadership development and DEI are my passion because I love seeing the lightbulb go off when leaders finally get it. I enjoy creating a safe environment for all people to share their full self and their lived experiences so everyone can grow.
I directly experienced the negative impact of a  toxic work culture. So, I decided to turn my pain into purpose and  left my long & successful corporate career to

devote myself to creating healthier and thriving leaders and organizations.  It's crucial that organizations recognize the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, not only for the betterment of all their leaders and people but also for the betterment of their bottom line.


I’m passionate about helping leaders create a culture of inclusion and belonging where employees are valued, seen, and heard. My approach is to combine my expertise in the GRACE Culture® framework with my experience in facilitating difficult but necessary conversations around race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and ability.

My speaking engagements include a wide range of topics that will empower leaders to cultivate an inclusive culture. From workshops and trainings to ongoing coaching and support, my goal is to give leaders peace of mind, knowing that they're equipped to navigate the current cultural shifts.
